For an amnesiac, Evey is very accepting of change. Not knowing particulars of the past apparently does wonders to an undecisive mind. Somehow the young woman has thrived in the new environment, her filters unlocked and thoughts of nobility no longer limiting her. An enthusiastic (sometimes overtly) woman, Evey is a whirlwhind to those around her. Her playful nature is refreshing to her peers in the military, and an annoyance to those higher up the chain.
